Note: For Windows®95 and Windows NT®4.0 operating system or system with PS/2 port, please use adapter (enclosed in the package) to convert the USB into PS/2.
This driver supports PS2, USB and Combo (USB to PS2) three-device interface. In order to make the Mouse to function properly, you have to install the KeyMaestro Input Device driver.
USB/ Combo : The
USB device driver is included in Windows system
When the first time you plug in the USB mouse, the system will
automatically detect a new hardware connected and bring up the Add New
Hardware Wizard and then you have to follow
the Wizard's USB driver installation steps. Once this step is completed, the
basic function of remote controller will work under the operating system.
Before installing the KeyMaestro input device driver for USB mouse, you have to make sure that the USB device driver has been installed and the USB mouse is recognized by Windows operating system. You may press any button to see if it is correspondent, and thus to know the mouse works well.
Insert the disk labeled "KeyMaestro Input Device Driver" into your disk drive.
Open File Explorer to find "Setup.exe" from the disk.
Double-click the "Setup.exe".
Then follow the screen instruction to install the driver. The default install path is set to c:\MMaestro. You have the option to change the install path during setup.
Setup will indicate when it has successfully
completed. The driver is loaded when you see the driver icon in
the system tray (lower right corner of the screen). The
operating system needs to restart.
Please note that you have to uninstall the driver first if you want to re-install the driver.
