To install ATAF-support you need to do the following .

1. Extract the ALL files to your web server into the same directory

2. Be sure that there is read/write rights on the directory where the database is located

3. Edit the settings.asp so it fit your application

There are 4 pages you need to implement in your application

1. support.asp this is the page where the users enter their support questions

2.  replysupport.asp here the hotline read and reply on the support requests

3. readanswer.asp here the user read the reply he got on his support request

4. search.asp here the users and the hotline can search in the answers and questions
